Astrology interpretations and spiritual guidance are based on traditional principles, personal information and the circumstances shared by the client.

Decisions made after a consultation remain the sole responsibility of the client.

03 Eligibility

Submitting a form or sending a message does not automatically confirm a consultation. A consultation is considered confirmed only after availability, timing and any applicable fee have been communicated and accepted.

Response times may vary depending on availability, working hours and the number of consultation requests received.

06 Fees and Payments

Where a paid consultation is offered, the applicable fee will be communicated before the consultation is confirmed.

You agree to verify the consultation details, fee and payment instructions before making any payment.

Payments should be made only through payment details officially shared by Astrologer Yogiraj Shashtri or an authorised representative. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons or incorrect accounts.

07 Cancellation and Refunds

Any cancellation or rescheduling request should be communicated as early as reasonably possible before the agreed consultation time.

Payments for consultations that have already started or been completed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or separately agreed in writing.

Refund eligibility for a cancelled consultation, where applicable, will depend on the circumstances, preparation already completed and the terms communicated before payment.
